PRESIDENT'S LETTER

TO OUR PETROFLOW SHAREHOLDERS:

2007 was a year of dramatic growth for Petroflow: growth in production, growth in reserves, growth in our experience with the Hunton Play and growth in our collective wisdom as a management team.   Of these, I am most pleased with the growth in our management team. We are more knowledgeable about our own strengths and able to rely on each other, and our comple mentary skill sets, as we take on future challenges. We have a better understanding of our relationships with suppliers and our working relationship with our joint venture partner, Enterra Energy Trust.  To sustain these vital relationships, we have operated at the highest levels of responsible acquisition, development and enhancement. We will continue to apply high standards to every aspect of our business. From this solid platform, we are confident in our ability to efficiently focus capital and create an exceptional company.
